We are a phone-first local service business, so our privacy approach is simple: we collect only what we need to schedule and complete your repair, and we do not sell or share your information with marketers. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what rights you have.

Information We Collect

When you call us, we may note your name, phone number, service address, and details about your washer or dryer (brand, symptoms, error codes). That is the information needed to book the visit, find your home, and bring the right parts. This website has no contact form, no account system, and no checkout, so we do not collect information through web forms.

How We Use It

Scheduling your service visit and sending appointment reminders.
Finding your address and preparing for the repair.
Following up on completed work if you ask us to.
Meeting basic legal and tax record-keeping requirements.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not run an email newsletter list. If you call us, your number stays with us.

Cookies and Website Data

This site does not set its own tracking cookies and does not run analytics that profile visitors. Third-party embeds you may see, such as the Google Fonts stylesheet or the Google Maps embed on our contact page, are served by those providers and are subject to their own privacy policies.

Data Security

We keep customer records to the minimum needed to run the business, and we limit access to them. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us.

Your Rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (931) 208-9792 and we will handle your request. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to This Policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
