Terms of Service
The ground rules for working with Clarksville Washers Repair Pro. Effective October 16, 2026.
By booking a service visit with Clarksville Washers Repair Pro (“we,” “us”), you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear, call (931) 208-9792 and we will explain it in plain language before you book.
Services We Provide
We provide diagnosis, repair, installation, and maintenance of residential and commercial clothes washers and clothes dryers in Clarksville and Montgomery County, Tennessee. Our full list of services is on our services page. We do not service other appliance categories.
Estimates and Pricing
Service visits include a diagnostic fee, which covers the trip and a full inspection of the machine. After diagnosis, we give you one firm, upfront price for the repair. No repair work begins until you approve that price. If you choose not to proceed, you owe only the diagnostic fee.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments are booked by phone during business hours: Monday through Friday 7AM to 7PM and Saturday 8AM to 4PM. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please call us as early as you can so we can offer the slot to another customer. Emergency calls placed through our 24/7 line are dispatched based on urgency and technician availability.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete. Call us for current details on accepted payment methods. We will confirm the total, including the diagnostic fee and the approved repair price, before we finish the job.
Our Workmanship Promise
We stand behind the repairs we make. If a repair we completed is not holding up, call us and we will make it right. This promise covers our labor; manufacturer defects in parts are subject to the part maker’s own warranty terms, which we will explain at the time of service.
What We Cannot Promise
We cannot guarantee same-day parts availability for every brand and model, and we cannot diagnose a machine accurately over the phone in every case. Appliances wear with age and use, and a repair fixes the failed part, not the entire machine. If we believe replacement is the smarter choice for you, we will say so before you spend money on a repair.
Access and Safety
An adult must be present during the visit. Please make sure the technician can reach the laundry area, including clearance to pull the machines out if needed. For gas dryer service, we follow standard gas-safety procedures; if we find a gas leak or an unsafe condition, we will stop work and advise you on next steps.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by Tennessee law, our liability for any service visit is limited to the amount you paid for that visit. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, for problems unrelated to the repair we performed, or for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Montgomery County, Tennessee.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
